Promix® 4-Tear² (view68k PDF)

A unique blend of proprietary ingredients that significantly improve hot and cold tear of rubber compounds and rubber to brass adhesions. Functions over a broad range of polymer types but is particularly effective in compounds containing polar polymers, such as nitriles and neoprenes.

Note: Flow Polymers recommends trouser tear in place of die "C" tear.

Prolong MC® (view57k PDF)

A proprietary internal mold fouling inhibitor that complexes with zinc-sulfide. This stops the migration of zinc sulfide to he surface of the rubber part eliminating the potential for mold fouling.


Protac NPT® (view57k PDF)

A mixture of hydrocarbon tackifying resins and naturally occurring polymers in pellet form. Good initial and aged tack properties. May replace or reduce Phenolic type tackifying resins.
